Aerial Yoga requires more concentration and effort due to the gravitational force. Each movement is performed in its entirety, it is a total body workout.

A greater body awareness, a better knowledge and control of the body is achieved. It helps us to know ourselves better. 

Joints are strengthened, they can work freely with a greater range of motion, achieving greater flexibility. Inverted postures decompress the joints and release tension.

Activates core muscles, including those of the back, abdomen and pelvis, to improve overall physical strength. This form of self-weight training helps us to increase the muscle body mass we need.

Inverted postures help decompress the vertebrae, lengthen the spine and relax the back muscles. Back pain is reduced due to improved posture and spinal mobility. The spine is relieved and by hanging upside down we learn to trust and let go
